Welcome!
This is my personal blog space. After a number of years of leading in Mercy Ships, I moved on to engage in a number of projects. My most recent is working with Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF). Thematically, my life has has been about getting essential life services and development activities to the least served parts of the world – particularly medical missions.
My blog currently has three focal points:
First apprenticeship. I am a student learner following Jesus. This is the bedrock for all that I do. Jesus is the ‘north star’ that guides the ‘why’ of my life.
Second, leadership. I am passionate about doing everything I can to see people fulfil their calling and original design. Hands down, the best thing about what I do is I get to serve alongside amazing people.
Last, international development. I love managing complex tools and systems to do good. I love growing and scaling organisations. Essential to this is to remember, every day is a school day, so staying humble and curious is critical to learning how to not only grow, but increase impact.
